These terms govern your use of devpilotlabs.xyz and early-access versions of DevPilot, provided by DevPilot Labs. By using them, you agree to these terms.

Early access

DevPilot is pre-release software. Features may change, break, or be removed, and access may be limited or ended at any time. We'll give reasonable notice where we can.

Your code and output

You keep all rights to your code. Code and changes produced by DevPilot for you are yours. You're responsible for reviewing generated changes before you merge, deploy, or distribute them.

Acceptable use

Don't use DevPilot to build malware, break into systems you don't have permission to access, violate others' rights, or break the law. Use must also comply with Anthropic's Usage Policy.

No warranty

DevPilot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Generated code may contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, DevPilot Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product develops. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
